A professional Engineer, Neil has lived on the Gold Coast for 35 years. After a successful business career, Neil gained his licence in 2015 to fulfill a long held desire to succeed in real estate. Neil has been involved in building, architecture and site selection, forming strong relationships in the sector as well as with a broad spectrum of agents.

We can't thank Neil enough for helping us purchase our property in this current housing boom on the Gold Coast. In our journey to buy, Neil maintained a level of professionalism with a great eye for detail, due diligence in choosing properties that suited our requirements and was a great communicator in relaying all the intricacies of the properties he had viewed. Also, we were under a time constrain as we had a 'Contemporaneous' settlement so this added some stress to our situation - but Neil helped in maintaining a constant reassurance in our goal to purchase the desired home and ability to keep a cool head with any tricky negotiations. He built a great relationship between us all, even to the point the previous owner trusted him to show the building & pest company around the place when she was unable to be there. As we were not there to carry out the final inspection Neil did this for us and even offered to collect the keys on completion day! You really get 100% of his service to the end and beyond.
